I know I asked this before, but I'm not seeing any change in any of the platy fry genders.
They all still look female to me.
I think it's been... hmm.. almost 2 months now since they've been born? I can't remember... but it's been a while.
Some of the fry are almost just as large as the little female momma.

When should I be able to sex them?

it's around 3 months you see the first sexing out, but some late developers can take up to 8 months to mature

On that note, when do they grow little swords?? (sorry to hijack the thread, but I've been wondering...)

6months onwards before the sword part appears. And it can take another 6 months to reach full size.

The males gonopodium develops after a month, with the fry being so small it can be hard to tell still, usually at 8-12 weeks it becomes pretty easy to see :)

You may get an odd promiscuous male develop early but not all males, Platies take a while for the gonopodium to start to develop as said before 3 months or so to be sure.

Looking at them closely... some look like they're developing the male part, but of course it's still hard to tell whcih is why I asked this lol.
So anywho, thanks everyone! Guess I'll have to be a bit more patient :D

The bottom edge of the anal fin on young males starts when thicken they start to develop a gonopodium.
