just wondering how many of you really think about what your feeding your fish. at the store where i work we sell lots of different kinds of food but we always try to sell new life spectrum as it is one of the top foods out right now. we feed all the fish at the store it and all our personal fish too.

i love this stuff it has hormone free all natural color enhancing ingredients.

if you get a chance look at the ingredients in your food then post here. im curious what everbody else feeds.

(p.s. this is my first poll so sorry if its goofed up)

I've always fed my tetras, Tetramin, and I usually switch out the Bettamin and Freeze Dried Blood Worms for my bettas every other day.

I feed mine tetra, wardley, hikari, and O.S.I flake. New life spectrum is good but to expensive. O.S.I. is really a good product. You should try it!!!!!!!!!! It is cheap too. My freind who works at my favorite and most knowlegable ifs says that the reason it is so cheap is becasue they dont spend so much on their cover.

well, i make my own babie food for cichlids and here is what i put in it, omega one freshwater flake, tetra color, tetra flake, O.S.I vivid color, O.S.I. frshwater flake, srprinuale flake, and hikari first bites. You know how people say that one ffod has it all and you need to switch foods to keep them happy? Well, i figure, they ar4e bound to find a new type of flake every day, and there needs have to be met with such a concoction.

I normally use Tetra, but am about to switch to Omega One for my Discus. They all are pretty much the same until you get down to the nitty gritty. The ones with Beta-Caratenes are the best. Both of the ones I mentioned have a high percentage. Wardley is probably the cheapest and least well made. Omega One has natural carotenes from salmon in it to add extra coloring so it is widely used among discus keepers as far as I undertsand.

i wonder why its expensive where you are. its very reasonable priced where i work even without my discount.

Hikari is pure quality. Great stuff. If they offer a food that I could use, I buy it.

i really like O.S.I angelfish flake cause it has brine shrimp in it. I also like omega one casue it uses a protein binder instead of a starch binder so it dosent give your fish excess energy but more protein.

I feed them Wardley and Hikari products. Hikari seems to be a good quality food.
