So many babies

Hi everyone! This is my first post but I've been lurking and learning for a couple of weeks now. First off, I just want to thank everyone for the wonderful info provided here.

Now for the news: My platy gave birth a week ago... after I moved her from the breeding tank, she showed a lot stress, not eating, staying at the top, etc. Unfortunately she passed away.

BUT.... this weekend when I had to move the babies to a bigger tank I counted them. There were SEVENTY-ONE left!!!!!! Oh my! I know that some had died before I even counted them.

No wonder she was stressed.

I hope some of my friends will help adopt these little guys.

That's one hell of a brood, I guess her legacy's living on (and then some). I do hope you can find homes for them, if you're friends aren't able to help, you could try selling to an LFS or something.
