So Ive Had Ich For Quite A While Now, Need Help Please

i got a 75gal tank a while ago and noticed my white molly doing nothing but swimming againt the current of the outtake of my pump. i thought nothing of it thinking the fish was just doing its thing. but now im seeing white spots on my black angel. i did some research and after reading found out my molly has been showing signs of ich for like two weeks now. after looking real close i could see the white spots all over its body (kind of feel bad for not seeing it sooner) that i couldnt see before becasue it is such a bright white fish. so what can i do now. whats the best medication. i have 1 angel, 1 molly, 1 sucker fish, and 5 blind cave tetras (which i just bought before i saw the ich)i saw salt works so i bought a bit but hardly put any in at all (3 teaspoons) and turned up the water. but what is the best way to get rid of this fast im sure the molly has suffered long enough without me noticing it

I used eSHa Exit when my fish had whitespot and it worked a treat. I'm sure there are other things that would work too, but that's what I know does the job from personal experience.

i used interpet anti whitespot no 6
2 dose medication on day 4 second dose the ich/whitespot was no longer visable
i also turned heat up to 82
i found the medication very effective
