i have some snow white albino socolofi the last week the have been chasing each other around in circles and then locking mouth to mouth i have not kept these kind before but was wondering if it is normal for this

This is normal for most Mbuna, this is actually their way of fighting to establish territory or superiority. Keep an eye on them, it normally settles down when a pecking order is established but if it continues for long the fish can and will damage each other or 1 could become dominant and pick on the other fish. As i say though, generally they will sort themselves out.

scofoli from what I read are quite known to be a good agresive fish for beginners, they offer a more agresiveness than acie, caeruleus, and such but it is isolated within there species much more than more egresive mbuna so don't do to much damage in general while still provideing the intresting behavour
