Snow White Ancistrus plecos

Hi all, So I've seen The Snow White Ancistrus pleco floating around and I was wondering if anybody had any idea of the origin of this beautiful pleco.
How was it created?

can a mod make sure this is in the correct area?
I'm not sure if there's a freshwater catfish section or if there's only fresh & brackish catfish.
