Snails

Hi

I bougth a new plant from my lfs about 2 weeks ago, after putting it in the tank i noticed 1 snail - OK, I though, a freebie from the lfs!! - But now I have about 7 snails, Is this normal and is it OK?

If you wan't to remove them from the tank float a lettuce leaf once they have attached them selves to that remove lettuce leaf from the tank.

it's ok if you don't mind them.

if not then Wilders method has worked for alot of people.

Just watch out for them -- they multiply fast. I had "one" snail hitch a ride in on a plant and I thought it was kind of cool until I started removing 4-5 of them on a daily basis!
