Snails Help...?

I have just got a tank and it has been cylcing 4 nearly a week,..

I have been told to get a couple of platy's....

i was wondering if it would be good to get some snails... i would love some

1. Whats the best type.
2. How do you care for these snails
3. Anything else you need to know...

..... i have a freshwater warm aqaurium planted..... its 150Litres..

some find snails pests as they can ravage a tank due to excessive breeding I wouldn't buy any snails before the tanks cycled... Also be aware many fish find snails quite appealing as a midnight snack. I would say a apple snail is the best snail to get out of them all but they are pooping machines
