Snails everywhere

my tank has exploded with snails. will this harm the tank?? i have heard loaches will do the trick but are there any other species of fish that will do the same??

Puffers, but I don't know about those with your current inhabitants. If you put a piece of lettuce under a rock the snails should flock to it,then chunk them.

cucumber on top they swarm to that.. always a good plan
