I have been using snail control to kill them but it does not effect them, so I either scoop them out which is annoyign for me and plus if i put my hands in the water tank i dont know what chemicals on my hand give off.

SO what an i do to kill them?

depending on tank size etc, you could try a loach or two. Clown Loaches (for large tanks), Botia/Dario Loaches for smaller tanks.

Or

Keep them and sell them to peolpe who have Puffers :D

The dwarf chain loach gets to 2" perfect for even small tanks :) although they do best is groups of at least 5.

I wish people would stop talking about Chain Loaches.

I love the look of them and I have no room yet again as I have planned for others.

One day as they always say. Hmmm

Just squash them as you find them and let the fish eat them! That's what I do, like Richie and probably loads and loads of other people, mine came with plants and like Richie we went, ohhh aren't they pretty (in the right light or at the right angle they look metalic bronze) we now have quite a few! Can't see any eggs, I think they lay them in the substrate, but I just keep squashing, bound to get rid of them eventually, I hope!

When you squash them you kill the snail but all the eggs stay, so you never really get rid of them that way.

Better to pick them out or use some vegetable to lure them in then remove a snail covered peice of lettuce or cucumber next morning

For some reason they don't seem too attracted to the veg', maybe I have too many plants.
