will clown loach eat those ones?
will it take them a little while to settle in ro will they start ating them straight away

Well, none of your tanks are big enough for clown loaches. Just take them oput by hand, and rinse off and plants before you put them in the tank.
EDIT- They're Malaysian Trumpet snails, the shells are too hard for clown loaches anyway. These are the good guys, they rarely eat plants and keep the gravel clean.

so those loaches wouldnt eat them. i dont like those snails they are disgusting, revolting things with make my tank look horible :( anything that would eat them?

do they eat fish poo???
i see them munching on the food what reaches the bottom, but i think they are really quite ugly.

Also how many corydoras could i get away with in my 26 gallon?

No fish can bite through the shell, although some suck the snail out you're left with lots of shells, and it would take a long time to get rid of all of them. And don't use a chemical to kill them as the bodies rot and you get a massive spike of ammonia. Try putting in a slice of cucumber or lettuce lear overnight then removing it in the morning, there should be a lot on it. They eat leftover food. Actually, on second thoughts, try selling them/giving them away. Why not? Theres a lot of people who like them, or want them to stir up their sand substrate and keep the bottom clean. As for the cories, depending on what else you want, a group of six would be nice.

ok thanks OohFeeshy

so if i get 5 of the cories (they are £2 each at my lfs so it will be asdier to take a tenner) and im thinking of getting a pair of thick lipped gouramies they are about 2 inches atm and they wont grow much bigger than that im sure so that will beok

MTS (Malaysian Trumpet Snails) feed on uneaten food. If the population is expanding it means you are overfeeding. They scavenge the uneaten food in your tank (and help turn gravel over).

On a slightly related note, I have noticed the population of MTS in my main tank (housing 5 clown loaches) has been decimated and then some.

And many puffers can bite through the shell, but they are not advised for teeth trimming as there is a risk of the puffer chipping its beak (though this is by no means a certainty).
