snail eggs

I have just re arranged my tank and took a bit of bog wood out. on this piece there were these small jelly like things. they were see through with little white dots in the middle.

do you know what they were??

Yep, snail eggs. If you don't want them to hatch, just scrape them off and throw them away.

cool well i have removed the bog wood permanetly as i replaced it with a bigger piece

If you have any snails (which, apparently you do) you will continue to find eggs. The snails that lay those kind (if it's kind of a horseshoe or "c" shape) are self-fertilizing. Just one can continue to reproduce. So if you don't want to be over run with them, just scrape off the eggs as you find them. They'll lay them EVERYWHERE!
