Smallest Tank For A Pair Of Breeding Angels?

20 high, 12"x24" footprint, 16" of water depth with no substrate. Larger pairs and especially veils do better in a 29 gallon, 12"x30" footprint, 18" of water depth with no substrate. I've seen breeders keep smaller pairs in a divided 29, it's tight, and IMO a short term solution until you open up more tank space.
