Small White Worms

Just noticed that there are a number of small (about 3 mm long) white worm like creatures on the side one of my fish tanks. Anyone know what they are and how do i get rid of them? All that is in the tank are a few red claw crabs, an angel fish and two (golden?) gouramis. They aren't going to harm my fish are they?

Thanks for the info, looks like i need to cut down on the feeding!
