hi all
i've got a small one lol!
aquastart 320 28 ltr.
the tank is cycled and currently has 5 neons. (can be re-housed)
i know its small but i'd like some interesting suggestions.
a guy at work suggested a pair of cichlids? ok?
or how about a betta? (but is 1 fish not very interesting?)
judging by the vast experience hanging around here are there any more informed suggestions?
your advice would be great!
cheers

hi, definitely not cichlids, it's way too small, maybe a few harlequin rasbora, betta are fine on their own & very attractive.

so you have a 6 gallon, you should rehouse the neons because they are only for mature tanks, but I would suggest a betta, you could also have 4 pygmy corys or 4 kuhli loaches, with 3 shrimp or 1 african dwarf frog.Or you could have 3 scarlet badis with loads of shrimp or 4 frogs.Or 1 blue cray fish.Or LOADS of shrimp.

i think corys should only go in shoals of 6 minimum, i could be wrong
what about,
4 fantail guppys ( male)
OR
3 platies for colour
OR
3 crabs ( this is just a suggestion, i dont know if crabs should be housed this way)
OR
3 mollies ( one male 2 female) if you want to breed that is
