I've got my kenyi in a 10 gallon tank, now before you go jumping down my throat, listen His walls are completely green, same thing with his rocks. I'm working on getting a 55 from a friend (so he'll probably crap his water when he gets a tank that size.) :) . What do you guys reccommend to get it off? Tried algae eaters, he just eats em' up.

Second question, when he gets a bigger tank my two bettas are going in his old one. Now my question is, even after I scrub the algae off is it going to show up again?

Now again, please don't jump down my throat, I'm trying to get him a bigger tank. This is the same topic that made me leave my old forum.

Algae always shows up, it's a part of fish keeping. Every healthy tank will get it so of course it's going to come back, and of course it will also plague your 55 gallon. Just scrub it off. Or leave it in some places - controlled algae can look very natural. Make it work for you instead of against you.
