Small Lice Things?

got 68l tank been runing lovely for about a year, lost odd fish along the way but my stock of 2 loach 2 mollys 3 guppyand 4 penguins has been steady for 6 months, the other week i removed a load of weed as thetank was getting it full, at week end i spotted a few lice like thing on one of the rocks, did not think much of him , just had look today about 3 day later , seem to have loads
are they dangerous to fish , how do i get rid of them either with a few or something or chemicl thanks for any advice

Fish lice will be disc shaped with legs.

Sounds like planaria which are harmless. they look like little white flattish worms. You get these when you are overfeeding and not getting rid of the uneaten food. Give your tank a really good gravel vac and cut back on the feeding and they will disappear!
