Small Hardy Plants ?

Could anyone recommend some small hardy plants for the middle and front of my tank plz something the can stand punishment from a plant killer lol

Ps i have a bottle of king British plant food and a nutrafin c02 unit thats all i plan on using for my plants is this ok btw im using the yeast method

Looks very nice will this be easy to get hold of is it common in lfs ? at the min i have amazon swords and vallis are these hardy ?
