Small Air Bubbles On Body And Fins

i cleaned my tank to try and get the nitrites down and i think i put the new water in to fast!! my fish have small bubbles on there body and fins also bubbles in water??? are thay going to die?? wht do i do?? PLEASE HELP my monos are the ones doing bad staying at the top of the tank. thay are still eating

2 days thay have had these little bubbles on them and thay stay at the top of the tank

its just aeriation imo.

if its stuck on them, catch them in a net and let them go, just to brush off the bubbles. see what happens
