Slowly Clearing...

Ok, so my tanks are finally clearing enough that I can see the back of the tank, so I figured I'd get some pics. Only one turned out, and while using flash got the colors I think I should be seeing, this photo is representative of how both tanks actually look. Is it the fluorite dust in the water that is giving me the red tinge, or would my lights be doing that??

I'm planning on using the micro sword as a midground plant, does anyone have any tips on how to keep it in certain areas of the tank?

Well, I know its not much to look at, but thanks for looking anyway!! I'm really hoping it'll develop into something to be proud of over the next several months... and maybe I'll learn to take photos by then as well...
