Slinkies not just for stairs

I don't know if some of your remember, but I when I first found this forum, I asked about putting slinkies in the tank. Well, I found these mini bunny slinkies (pastel colors), and tried them in the tank (soaking them in very hot water first). WEll, now they have a function, and aren't just pretty. My cories and dwarf puffer love dried tubifex worms, but my platies are complete pigs, and usually eat all of them, so there aren't any leftover for the bottom feeders. So I stuck a piece of the cube in the slinky, and problem solved. The platies are too busy on top to bother the food on the bottom.

Excellent glad to hear they're working, are they all plastic? If they are metal they will rust and contaminate the water, soaking them in hot water was a good idea to kill of any bacteria on them
