Slightly Cloudy Water

hi i have just changed my carbon sponge in my filter to a new white one and kept the old white one in as sugessted for a month till the new sponge has beneficial bacteria on it however the water has slighty went milky color not much though is this probably due to the sponge change? its a interpet pf2 filter and will my tank be ok thanks joe

Its probably bits and bobs coming off the filter and should clear up in a day.Sometimes happens to me after cleaning the filter.If it isnt that then,sorry I dont know.

If it's bothering you, or isn't clearing up, then you could do some small water changes over a couple of days time. That should help clear it up.
