Slate Stones

I have never seen these slate stones used in Iwagumi tanks before... did you all order them from somewhere? I really like the look of them and would like to get some, but just trying to figure out where they are from is proving difficult.

i am as well. most of the people i see with them are in the uk and they have a better selection of aquatics stores

Try a gardening store with a bonsai section. They sell the same rock (and most likely cheaper than any LFS).

Thanks for the link, aaronnorth. I just realized today that one of my LFS's stocks this type of rock. I didn't see a price and forgot to ask (I was entranced by all of the snakes they had there ). I'm going to be calling them in a bit here to find out.
