i have a v600 skimmer,its been up and running for about a year.
last night i noticed that the bubbles in the skimmer had gone right done below the collection cup?
i checked the pump to see if it was blocked in some way and it was fine, took the skimmer off the tank,gave it a clean out, checked the air intake pipe for blockages and that was fine,put it back on my tank.
even with the flow adjustment completly open,which it has never been on before the bubbles are about 4 inches lower than they normaly are? they are not even geeting up into the colection cup where it joins on to the skimmer let alone to the cone bit in the collection cup?
any ideas why this is the way it is?
