What is the skeletonized plant in the background? So cool!

Madagascan Lace plant. It comes in two forms, narrow and broad leaf. The narrow leaf is meant to be easier to keep.

The plant gets algae on it and struggles in most tanks, but if you get it going, it does really well and looks fabulous.

It might be plastic, they look very similar to the real thing.
