Is it flicking of things?
Just to let you know danios need to be in groups of 6+, the angels get to 6" and need atleast a 18" tall tank, silver sharks gt to 8" so will get to big, and the plec will most likely get to big if its a common plec it can grow over 18" long Do you know what type it is? and do you know what type the gourami is.

Agree with what has been said above.

Have you cycled the tank? If so can you please tell us how you did it?

Most of the fish you have are unsuitable for that sized tank.

Silver sharks - These grow upto 12-14" and require a minimum of 6ft long tank for adulthood although they ideally should have an 8ft long tank.
Angel - These fish grow tall, normally between 7-9" in height and need tanks with a minimum water depth of 16-18"
Danios - These are shoaling fish and should be kept in groups of 6+ but are far too active for a 48L tank
Gourami - This amy be fine in the tank, depending on which species of gourami it is?
Plec - There are hundreds of different plecs, do you know which yours is? Most likely it will be a common plec which can reach anywhere between 12-24" and need 6ft tanks same as the sharks.

These fish may be small now because they are babies/very young when bought from a fish store, before buying fish you need to look at the adult size and plan using that, not the size they are now.

Hope this helps a little
