silver shark white spot

my silver shark got white spot a few weeks ago. i got some treatment for it and turned the tempreture up but the white spot wont go. it gets worse then better then worse then better and so on. the silver shark is starting to look very bad with ragged fins, i dont know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Fish are very prone to secondary infections with whitespot, and the finrot has now set in, have you been vacuming the gravel before redosing to get the parasite out of there.

i havnt got a gravel vacuum but from what i've read on the bottle of the medicine thats the time it kills the white spot
