Silver Shark On His Back

Bought him yesterday (in a pair) and was fine up until literally a minute ago. He had a fit, flying around every on his back them promptly died before my eyes. What in gods name happed??

When I bought the 2 yesterday and got home, one was dead in the bag so I promptly returned and got 2 more. Could he have been ill? The other one appears to be a picture of health.

(All test readings fine btw).

If one died in the bag just between buying it and putting it in the tank, the fish could have gotten too stressed in the bag from being jolted around (or the bag getting too cold etc)- how long in total were they in the bag for and when you acclimatised them to the tank how did you go about it exactly and for how long?

Not sure what the problem would be but I'd be taking both of the fish back, demanding my money and not using the shop again.
