Silver / Bala Shark Twiching Or Fitting?

right i have one silver / bala shark in my shoal at the moment and hes just starting fitting// spasming or something reciently .

Any ideas whats wrong

the most common cause is poor water quality encouraging protozoan infections that infect the fish. Doing a 50% water change and gravel clean each day for a week and see how the fish is after that. Also check the filter and clean it if it hasn't been done in the last month.

Need more info on size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Like colin has said it can be anything from bad water quality to parasites.

well all of my other fish are ok.

i will do a watertest tomorrow got to get a kit.

its a 200L tank with 2 angels, 5 cherry barbs, golden gouraimi and a senegalus birhir (only a baby growning up slowly before introducing to my oscars)

The tanks to small for an oscar and bala shark.
Plus bala sharks shouldn't be kept in groups of less than 3.
How the shark doing now.
I would do a water change for now till we know your water stats.
