I went to wal-mart today and picked up a 7.5 watt junior heater. Its one of the plastic non-adjustable kinds. On the instructions it says not to put your fingers in the water while the heater is plugged in, so will it shock me if I do? Last time I ignored instructions like that I got shocked. Its gonna be a useless heater if I can't play with my fish :-(

I felt really stupid after I made this post so I went and stuck my finger in the tank, of course nothing happened. Gads, sometimes I'm so smart I hurt myself :*) I may just give up on the small tank and get a bigger one, maybe even divide up my extra 10 gallon. I think I'll find a nice arboreal tarantula for the 1 gallon.

HAHA! I wouldnt think if you put your hand in the tank your going to get shocked, or else your betta would! lol. The instructions somtimes lies. Its not a silly question just a question to make people laugh more at wal-mart!

The instructions are *just incase* the heater has broken so you don't electrocute yourself :)

:*) I should have said stupid question huh? Oh well. I gave up on the small tank and set up a 5 gallon today, I should be able to add ghost tomorrow.
