Just got in from work, went straight to check the water temperature in my tank and found my male ram going a little bit mental, swimming up and down the glass in a bit of a frenzy. Very odd as he's never done that before, so I tried to spot the female to see if she was OK and couldn't find her anywhere!
The stupid thing had managed to get herself wedged behind the bubble ladder of my C02 injection with absolutely no way to get out.
I took the ladder off the suckers and she swam into a little cave for a bit but now she's out swimming around with the male following her around.
She seems OK but is keeping her fins very close to her body at the moment, will leave them to it for a while, hope she's alright. Meanwhile the bubble ladder is no longer on the suckers, but wedged behind the filter IN pipe so it's flush to the side of the tank. Don't want another scare like that again.
