Silk Plants Question

I have a couple of large plastic plants in my cichlid tank but I want to add something else. I have found a rather nice silk plant that sticks to the glass, however it says its for vivariums. Can they be used in aquariums?

exactly what I use in mine they look pretty good too, swaying in the current!
