Silica Sand? (black)

Where can i get hold of some Black Silica sand? Ive asked at my local fish store and they dont supply.

How much is it roughly?

How much would i need if my tank measures 47" in length, and say about 5" in depth. I would want to cover about 4/5" in height.

I used 3M color quartz instead. You can only get it from certain distributers in the US.

It is about 1/3 the cost of tahitian moon sand, but you do need to rinse it alot. It's perfectly smooth round spheres and doesn't compact readily. There seem to be alot of people that put it into tropical tanks. I'm not sure about it in marines.

They do have Jet balck sand.....
