Sideways Gourami?

Hi All

I have a 60l tank and the water tests have been fine whenever I have done them (most recent 1-2 weeks ago)

I have a Honey Gourami which is kind of laying on his side at the top of the tank, then swims for bit then goes back to laying. He does look a bit weak and isnt completeley sideways but does look unhappy any ideas?

I have seen one of my tetras do this in the past and he turned out ok.

Just a bit worried and I thought its safer to ask then not and something worse happens

Can you post water stats please.
What test kit are you using.
How many fish and which type.
What do you feed the fish.

Does he look pale or darker in colour.
What does it look like when he goes to the toilet.
Does he look bloated or thin.
Can he maintain balance when he does swim around.
Hows the fish breathing.
Is he still eating.

It sounding bacterial but need to answers some of the above questions to be sure.
