Sickness?

I have a grown powder blue dwarf gourami who seems to be "sick".
He is constantly trying not to roll over on his side at the surface.
He is also struggling to eat, he seems to prefer areas in the tank with the least water current also.
Its obvious he is in some amount of distress
any help is helpful

How long have you had it? what are your water parameters?

Dwarf gouramis can carry a virus that is specific to that species, it is actually quite common now to come across it, and it is untreatable.

Try googling, Dwarf Gourami Iridovirus (DGIV) and see if your fish's symptoms match.
