Sick, Will Still Give Birth?

I posted a topic about my guppy having ich:

And I also asked a question, nobody answered so I'm asking it here:
If she has ich will she still have babies? Or will her babies come out weak?

The babies won't have whitespot in the womb of the fish.
But once there born in the tank yes they will soon get it.
Usually less then half dose with fry.

What if I move them to another tank? Or what if the ich is gone when they are born? Will they be ok?

If you move them to another tank you will be spreading it, or do you mean an issolation tank for the fry.
Hard to tell what damage meds do to unborn fry there always a chance that it can harm them.

weird... she only has a couple of spots left, I know that the medicine can't be working that fast...
I mean as soon as they are born move them to an isolation tank

Yes then if they do break out in whitespot at least you can add a med at less then half dose.

I've heard methylyne blue (sp?) can cure ich as well. I am aware it makes the water blue, would it be safe for the fry?

They say methylene blue for whitespot but never used it so couldn't say if it works.
Yes fish can die of whitespot epecially when there laboured breathing.
