sick tiger barb

one of my green tiger barbs has a silver patch where it looks like his scales are missing. also his fins have lost their orange color. All of my other fish seem fine and all my water tests are perfect. what is this and how can i treat it. i added some all purpose water conditioner that says it helps heal damaged fins and such. Other then keeping an eye on him for additional sysmptoms i am at a loss.

Is it still eating and otherwise acting fine? If so, just keep an eye out for infection. Schooling fish will fight sometimes and this might be the result of one of those fights. The others may pick on the hurt fish more now so be watchful of that (that is assuming you have a couple others).

yes, his behavior is normal and he is eating. I have six other tiger barbs so it may be an ingury. i will just watch him extra close for awhile.
