Sick Tetra Number 2.

Hi I have a black phantom who has two white protrusions coming out of her body. They are about 1/2 mm wide and 1mm long. I've never seen anchor worms before so don't know if that's what they are.
She also has 3 black dots that the white bits are coming out of.
In herself she's swimming fine, eating and otherwise looks OK.

Here's a photo- very blurred, but the best I could get. It might give you some idea.

I have loaches in the tank so obviously can't use any run of the mill treatment, but I have a small tank she could go in.

Ideas please??
