Water as tested 5 minutes ago.....
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 25mg/l
Ammonia is 0.5mg/l
PH is 7.8
Tank has been in operation 5 months.

The tank is 20l contains 1 x Bristlenose Pleco (tiny - he will be moving to a bigger tank), 1 x Glowlight Tetra, 1 x Zebra tetra, 2 x Platies, 2 x Guppies.

One Guppy already died, other guppy appears paralysed in the tail fin - lost all the colour in his back half.

One platy missing a fin underneath and in his place what looks like a strung out piece of flesh (like an unravalled fin ?!?!?!?!).

My initial thoughts are that there has been some fighting? but im really not sure.

Should I do a partial water change?

Any time you have an ammonia reading you should do a water change. That's a lot of fish in a small tank, probably double what should be in there. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some aggression issues if there are one of eash sex with the livebearers.
