Fish Symptoms:
one of my swordtails mysteriously died. it had a large piece of its tail (before i got it) missing nothing else was wrong. Now a different fish has been bullied and has a frayed tail, it appears to have fin rot. It acts frantic and darts around. it acts normal other than than that.
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 25% every 2 weeks. Use Fresh Start tap water conditioner every water change.
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: start right
Tank inhabitants: 1x Pleco 5 in., 2x mollies, 3x assorted swordtails
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): got all fish a month ago
Exposure to chemicals: small amount of malchite green
