One of my female swords bottom lip is white. When it started it looked like she had small strands of cotton coming out her mouth, apart from that there was nothin wrong with her. I treated the tank and she seemed to come good, she was good for about 2 weeks and then she had babies so I took her out of the breed net and put her back in the tank with the male sword and now she has a white mouth again. Could this have something to do with stress coz I have noticed that she strsses really easy .

Any help would be much appreciated. I do not want to loose my sword I have had her for a very long time.

Sounds like textbook columnaris. The stress levels may drop her immune system to levels which open her up to infection. Also, keep a close eye on her condition when treating this time as you may be runnign into a more resistant strain this time around... Treat until she is fully recovered and then treat a few more days to make absoloutely sure you eradicate teh columnaris from your tank

Yeah I have her seperated from all my other fish still so she does'nt infect them if it does get bad

What are your recent ammonia nitrate and nitrite stats? How many and what fish do you have in the tank and how many gallons does it hold?
Use an anti bacterial med combined with an anti fungal one for columnaris.
