Sick Serpae Tetra

All 3 of my serpae tetra have really red eyes and have seemed to lose their bottom fin. Whats happening and what do you reccomend I do.

I'm not sure about the red eyes, but it sounds like you have a fin rot issue.

How about adding tank stats, tank inhabitants, recent changes to the tank... There is a form to fill out in the fish emergency section. Check the pinned topics.
