Fish Fanatic
i got a pair of rams about a month ago and yesterday and today the female (I think) is looking pretty sick
i know they are delicate and sometimes die for little reason but im wondering if theres anything i can do and what i should do with the remaining ram if this one does die
ph 6.8
temp: 27
ammonia: 0
nitrates/nitrites dont know lost my test kit
the sick one seems to have some swim bladder problem as it doesnt seem to be able to swim very well and is either floating at the surface (sometimes on a weird angle) or is dragging its stomach along the bottom
it is generally not active and is gasping constantly, it had a large piece of poo hanging out earlier today and definitely looks bloated so i thought possible constipation so i fed the fish some peas, but the sick one didnt eat any i dont think
anything i can do or probably its done for?
i took a few videos, about 1 hr apart. as you can see in the first one its on the bottom in the 2nd one its at the top
