Sick Ps. Saulosi

Check out the following photos. 2 or 3 of my Ps. Saulosis that I recently bought have a bit of damage... Their dorsal fins are ripped as are their (anal?) fins as shown in the photos. Also one has what looks to be a bit of a white eye. One has a black blotch just behind her gills on one side.

Are they a lost cause or can I treat them and get them back in pristine condition?

I had one w/a fuzzy eye and tail rot going on. I treated with:

and it's been fine so far.
