Sick Platy

[confusion]

I have a platy that just gave birth a few days ago. She has not eaten since. I have noticed that her gills seem swollen. they are not red at all, the just look like they're too big for her body. You can see a whitish plate moving in and out from inside the gill. She is breathing pretty rapidly, mostly hanging out near the surface. There are no signs of flicking or rubbing. Looking from behind and slightly below, you can see well inside the gills.

I pulled her out and I can't see any flukes, but I don't have a magnifying glass. Does that sound like flukes?

The stats are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 5ppm nitrates.

If she not flicking I wouldn't say gill flukes, they usually rub the gill area.
Sounds like her time up i'm afraid, giving birth all the time takes it toll on them.
