My white female mickey mouse platy isn't doing so good. I noticed the other day that she was swimming verticle, head up tail down, she stayed at the surace gasping. Her colors seemed pale and she wasn't eating. So I put her in the isolation tank. Today I noticed, that shes swimming a bit better, but now has red streaks accross her body, septecemia? She did recently give birth. My tanks stats are:

10g
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate:10
ph: 6.8

tankmates: 1 female black platy, 4 fancy guppies (1m, 3 f) 3 albino cories

isolation tank:
5g
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 20
ph: 7.0

Ideas on what is could be? and treatments? thank you

Sounds like the septicemia has progressed now and it will be hard to cure.
Best med for her would be tetracycline but you will have to act fast as it sounds like she is fading away.
