hi bit oof a newbie so ill try adn be as thourough as i can for you fish gods!

i have a 90L tank 2 filters (1 fluval 2 and another sponge filter i got off ebay) i have 1 siamese fighter and 4 platys (1 male)
all stats are cool no amonia nitrates or nitrites and PH is 7.2

i have 2 white micky mouse platies and two sunburst ones but the male has black fins, all about 6 months old

i noticed though the two orange ones had black pathes between thier heads and dorsal (one on the top, i think) fin, im not sure but i think it might be spreading, ive tried research but i cant narrow it down

You should at least have a reading for nitrates. If not, all isn't cool possibly!!

Just looks like the coloration of the platy is changing, not really something to be worried about as it is probably the breed and where you got them from. Because now a days, if you buy fish from a pet store, who knows what other type of fish it has been breed with or what other play colors the fish has in it's strain.
My friend has gold twin gold bar platys and his have some small tiny black dots on them.

Bought them from a big store in the UK (maidenhead aquatics), they seem healthy, the guy in the store tested my water and he said it was all great no levels to worry about so thats what i meant by nothing there, sorry,

the two white micky mouse plattys seem fine, so you think i shouldnt worry?
thanks for the help

just noticed a shiney bluey kinda shine on the two orange ones, is this anything to worry about????
thanks

2 of my honey gourami's have gone like this, and have lost quite a bit of coloration, but are doing fine and thriving.
I would just keep my eye on them
