i currently have 2 ottos both with different problems. can anyone help?

1. otto number one has a small white "cottony" growth. no more than 2mm round. has appeared over the last 12 hours.

2. otto number two has a red colouration to his head. no visible damage to fish, ie cuts scrapes, but the colouration looks like its under the skin of the fish.

water stats are good. 0 ammonia 0 nitrite <5 nitrate, consistent ph of 8
both fish are behaving normally and feeding ok, have been in the tank 2 weeks and all other inhabitants look ok.
other inhabitants include 6xzebra danios, 2 albino corys, 1 red tailed shark, 1 bulldog plec. (plec added in last 3 days)

the tank is 125 litre, fairly newly established (four weeks), my water stats are ideal and i have been doing at least 1 x 20% water change a week. i'm certain the tank has cycled as i tested the water daily and monitored the toxins spike. (i have a great graph)

ideally i'd whip out the ottos and stick them in a quarantine tank but as i'm a newbie i have no quarantine tank yet.

any suggestions?

edited: added tank mate details

Its bacterial columnaris and the sore on the head could be bacterial as well.
You will need myxazin and pimafix.

Yes they come in handy for sick fish and isolating new fish.
Good luck.
