Sick Molly

my balloon molly looks to me like she has like a red ball coming out of the tip of her but and her chest in red and inflamed but its under her skin, and i noticed my golden loach's fins are red on the rims.
can anybody tell me whats wrong??

it was just a parasite my fish are doing alot better now
