Sick Krib

I'm almost sure that my krib is really sick, mainly because all he is doing right now is sitting near the top of the water, he occasionally swims to straighten himself, but that's basically it, here is a crapy quality video, any suggestions on what to do?

Looks like swim bladder and he look bloated as well.
An epson salt bath, and shelled peas.

How long will it take to fix the problem, and i dont have a hospital tank right now, so he is in a small 10 gallon bowl with a heater.
